Refund and Returns Policy – 退款和退貨政策
1. Enrollment Cancellation and Refund 取消報名和退款
If you’re unable to attend our courses and you wish to cancel your enrollment, the following refund rules apply:
如您因任何原因無法參加我們的課程,並希望取消註冊,以下退款規定適用:
- If cancellation is done 30 days or more before the course start date, a full refund, minus a processing fee, will be granted.
- 如果在課程開始日期前30天或更早取消,我們將扣除手續費後全額退款。
- For cancellations made 15-29 days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- 對於在課程開始之前15-29天內取消的訂單,將退還50%的課程費用。
- No refund will be offered for cancellations made 14 days or less before the course start date.

2. Course Rescheduling or Discontinuation 課程改期或停課
In the event we need to reschedule or discontinue a course, you will have the choice of:

- Transferring your enrollment to a different equivalent course.
- 將你的報名轉到另一個相同的課程。
- Receiving a full refund of your course fees.
- 獲得全額退款。
3. Payment Refunds 退款支付
Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days from the date of cancellation.
退款將在取消訂單後的10至15個工作日內按照原付款方式進行。
4. Non-Refundable 不可退款
Course materials, such as kits, uniforms, or any other provided equipment, cannot be refunded or returned if they have been used or damaged.
課程物品,如:裝備、制服或任何其他提供的設備,如果已被使用或損壞,無法退貨或退款。
5. Returns 退貨
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns need to be made within 7 days of the receipt of your item.
